Carajillo

(Pronounced: car a he yo)

• 2 oz Coffee

• 1 oz Brandy

• 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Sugar rim brandy snifter. Add coffee, brandy, and brown sugar and swirl in glass until brown sugar is dissolved. Garnish with orange peel.
