Castaway

• 2 oz Cold Coffee

• 1 ½ oz Dark Rum

• 3 oz Pineapple Juice

Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into crushed ice filled hurricane glass. Garnish with cherry and pineapple wedge.
