Affogato Martini

• 1 oz Espresso

• 1 oz Coffee Liqueur

• 1 oz Rum

• 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Scoop ice cream into martini glass. Pour espresso, coffee liqueur, and rum into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice cream.
