Crème de Café

• 2 oz Cold Coffee

• ½ oz Rum

• ½ oz Licorice Liqueur

• 1 oz Cream

Pour coffee, rum, and licorice liqueur into cocktail shaker with ice and stir. Strain into a chocolate rimmed sour glass. Layer cream on top.
