Whiskey Ginger Capp

• 3 oz Cold Coffee

• 2 oz Ginger Ale

• 1 oz Rye Whiskey

Fill Collins glass with ice. Pour rye whiskey and let settle for 30 seconds. Slowly pour ginger ale. Layer coffee on top. Garnish with lemon wheel.
