Coffee can be brewed in many different ways, providing different flavor profiles even from the same beans. Make sure to brew the best beans that you can and if you find a way of brewing that works for you, keep on brewing the same way.
There are many different types of spirits and liqueurs out there. The recipes on this site have used the generic term where possible. Please feel free to substitute your favorite brand.

Mother of Pearl
7 oz Cold Coffee
1 oz Buttermilk
Add coffee and buttermilk to cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an ice filled collins glass. Shave nutmeg on top for garnish.

A Cherry Bean
6 oz Cold Coffee
1 oz Cherry Simple Syrup
½ oz Fresh Orange Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
Add ingredients into a highball glass with ice and stir. Garnish with an orange peel.

Ticket 2 Tijuana
6 oz Cold Coffee
1 oz Mezcal
½ oz Vanilla Syrup
Pour ingredients into Highball glass with ice. Stir and add an orange peel garnish.

Coffee Tonic

30 ml Cold Brew Coffee
200 ml Tonic Water
Fill a highball glass with ice and add tonic water. Add cold brew last to avoid foaming and garnish with a lemon zest and 2 coffee beans.

Sombrero
4 oz Cold Coffee
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
1 oz Milk
Pour Coffee and Coffee Liqueur together in shaker with ice and stir. Strain into old-fashioned glass with ice ball. Shake milk and Irish Cream Liqueur vigorously together in cocktail shaker with ice and float on top. Sip and enjoy.

California Dreaming
2 oz Cold Coffee
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Campari
4 oz Soda Water
Burn edges of 2 rosemary sprigs and place in cocktail shaker. Add 2 peeled slices of ginger and muddle. Pour in coffee, vodka, and Campari. Lightly shake and strain into ice filled red wine glass. Top up glass with club soda. Garnish with ginger diamond and rosemary sprig.

Caffeinated Grasshopper
2 oz Cold Coffee
1 oz Crème de Cacao
½ oz Crème de Menthe
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into cold sour glass. Garnish with mint leaves and grape.

Cabana Café
2 oz Cold Coffee
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
Soda Water
Fill Collins glass with ice. Combine coffee and coffee liqueur in glass. Then fill with soda water. Garnish with lime wedge.

Chocolate Mint Float
6 oz Cold Coffee
1 oz Crème de Menthe
1 oz Crème de Cacao
1 scoop Chocolate Ice Cream
Add coffee, crème de menthe, and crème de cacao in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into highball glass. Add scoop of chocolate ice cream. Add straw and mint leaves for garnish.

The Freddo
2 oz Cold Brew
2 oz Coffee Liqueur
Shake vigorously and pour over ice ball in Old-Fashioned glass.


The Godfather Coffee
2 oz Cold Coffee
2 oz Scotch
1 oz Almond Liqueur
Place a large cube of ice in an old-fashioned glass. Add ingredients and stir. Garnish with orange peel.

Coffee Almond Float
4 oz Cold Coffee
2 oz Almond Liqueur
2 oz Milk
1 scoop Chocolate Ice Cream
Shake coffee, almond liqueur, and milk with ice and strain into highball glass. Add scoop of chocolate ice cream.

Bushwalker
2 oz Cold Coffee
½ oz Almond Liqueur
½ oz Light Rum
½ oz Irish Cream Liqueur
2 oz Milk
Blend and pour over ice in old-fashioned glass. Garnish with grape and rosemary sprig.

Crème de Café
2 oz Cold Coffee
½ oz Rum
½ oz Licorice Liqueur
1 oz Cream
Pour coffee, rum, and licorice liqueur into cocktail shaker with ice and stir. Strain into a chocolate rimmed sour glass. Layer cream on top.

New Orleans Spiked Ice
6 oz Coffee
1 tablespoon ground chicory
1 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
1 oz Crème de Cacao
2 oz Milk
½ oz Simple Syrup
The night before steep coffee and ground chicory. Strain through a coffee filter the next day. Add filtered coffee and remaining ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an ice filled Highball glass. Garnish with orange peel.

Café Negroni
2 oz Cold Coffee
1 oz Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
Pour ingredients into an old-fashioned glass, stir and garnish with an orange twist.

Spanish Coffee

4 ½ oz Hot Coffee
1 ½ oz Brandy
Whipped Cream
Pour brandy into preheated Irish coffee glass. Fill with coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream.


Red Eye Express
6 oz Hot Coffee
2 oz Espresso
½ oz Honey
½ oz Maple Syrup
Pour ingredients into mug and stir.
