Welcome! This site is here to give you some fresh ideas on mixing coffee with cocktails. Everyone has different tastes and what one person might like another person will not. Use this site as a guide to come up with some new ideas of your own.
Coffee can be brewed in many different ways, providing different flavor profiles even from the same beans. Make sure to brew the best beans that you can and if you find a way of brewing that works for you, keep on brewing the same way.
There are many different types of spirits and liqueurs out there. The recipes on this site have used the generic term where possible. Please feel free to substitute your favorite brand.

Strawberry Russian
2 oz Cold Coffee
1 oz Vodka
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
4 Strawberries
Add ingredients to blender. Blend and pour into hurricane glass. Garnish with Strawberry.


Italian Coffee

4 oz Hot Coffee
½ oz Almond Liqueur
1 Scoop Coffee Ice Cream
Chopped coriander
Pour almond liqueur into preheated Irish coffee glass. Fill with coffee and stir. Top with ice cream and sprinkle with chopped coriander.

Black Russianed
2 oz Cold Coffee
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Vodka
Rim old-fashioned glass with ground coffee and add large ice cube. Pour ingredients into glass and stir.

The Hot Toddy
4 oz Hot Coffee
1 ½ oz Whiskey
½ oz Honey
½ oz Lemon Juice
Pour whiskey, honey, and lemon juice into Irish coffee glass and stir. Add coffee and stir with cinnamon stick and use as garnish.

Mocha Mint
4 oz Coffee
½ oz Crème de Cacao
½ oz Crème de Menthe
1 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
Pour crème de cacao, crème de menthe, and hazelnut liqueur into brandy snifter and then add coffee. Garnish with orange peel and mint sprig.

Burnt, Japanese Highball
3 oz Cold Coffee
2 oz Japanese Whisky
3 oz Soda Water
In an ice filled highball glass add Japanese Whiskey. Layer club soda on top. Float coffee and garnish with lemon wedge.

Russian Coffee

4 oz Hot Coffee
1 oz Vodka
½ oz Coffee Liqueur
½ oz Hazelnut Liqueur
Whipped Cream
Pour liqueurs and vodka into preheated Irish coffee glass. Fill with coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream.

The Salzburg
6 oz Hot Coffee
1 oz Crème de Cacao
1 oz Irish Cream Liqueur
1 oz Milk
Combine coffee and crème de cacao in Irish coffee glass, stir. In cocktail shaker add Irish cream and milk with one ice cube. Shake and then strain on top to create a creamy layer. Don’t mix. Coffee to be sipped through cool foamy layer.


Jamaica Coffee

Hot Coffee
1 oz Brandy
¾ oz Light Rum
½ oz Simple Syrup
Pour brandy, rum, and syrup into preheated Irish coffee glass. Fill with coffee and stir. Top with whipped cream and nutmeg.

Blueberry Clouds
6 oz Cold Coffee
2 oz Milk
½ oz Blueberry Syrup
½ oz Lavender Syrup
Pour coffee, milk, and syrups into cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into ice filled white wine glass. Garnish with 2 blueberries and a grape heart on a toothpick.

Raspberry Perk
6 oz Cold Coffee
2 oz Milk
½ oz Raspberry Syrup
¼ tsp Chili Powder
Combine coffee, milk, raspberry syrup, and chili powder in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into ice filled Collins glass. Garnish with lemon peel.

To The Moon
1 ½ oz Cold Coffee
½ oz Almond Liqueur
½ oz Irish Cream Liqueur
½ oz 151-Proof Rum
Pour ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into Martini glass. Cover with a thick layer of moon dust (aka. chocolate shavings).


Black Raspberry
3 oz Cold Coffee
3 oz Chocolate Milk
1 oz Raspberry Jam
Mix ingredients in blender with ice. Pour into Collins glass. Garnish with 2 raspberries.

Iced Coffee A L’Orange

2 oz Cold Coffee
1 ½ oz Orange Liqueur
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Process ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into hurricane glass. Garnish with orange wheel.

Hot Coffee
½ oz Brandy
½ oz Coffee Liqueur
½ oz Crème de Cacao (Dark)
Whipped Cream
Chocolate Shavings
Mix coffee, brandy, coffee liqueur, and crème de cacao in Irish coffee glass. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

Dominicana
2 oz Cold Coffee
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Rum
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
Combine ingredients in old-fashioned glass and add large ice ball. Garnish with an orange and lime peel.

Royal Coffee Float
6 oz Cold Coffee
1 oz Chambord
1 oz Crème de Cassis
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
Sugar and ground coffee rim a highball glass. Add coffee, Chambord, and Crème de Cassis in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into highball glass. Add scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with orange peel crown.
